Key Responsibilities And Authorities
Driveline product development on customer programs
Provide expertise in metallurgy and heat treatment for internal and supplier processes
Develop and release drawings related to customer programs
Understanding and use of the GD&T required
Participate in DFMEA/PFMEA creation
Perform design changes related to assigned components or sub-assemblies. Such changes may be initiated by customer, suppliers or Nexteer.
Propose and develop new ideas for product value enhancement.
Initiate and support continuous improvement, cost improvement and problem-solving activities related to design.
Provide technical expertise during prototype builds, trial runs and launch phase of new product designs.
Support analysis of non-conforming or rejected parts.
Participate in implementation and maintain–ISO 14001, IATF 16949, OHSAS 18001
Comply to Health and Safety rules and standards
Comply to company rules and procedures.
Qualifications Required
Good communication
Engineering Degree
Problem Solving skills
Polish and English language – required
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of MS Office
University degree in Engineering with mechanical specialization
